Vintec was established in 1980 to supply equipment and services to the liquid processing industries including wine, beverage, dairy and fruit processing. Since then the wine related business has merged with the De Solla Group, to form CDSVintec Pty Ltd to allow each company to focus on their field of expertise

As experts in hygienic pumps and heat transfer, we at HGM Process have the experience and skills necessary to design and build profitable processing plant and systems in food processing industries. As specialists in Plate and Tubular Heat Exchangers, we can also assist in new or existing auxiliary services ; Steam , Tower water, Chilling systems, energy recovery and process optimisation.

Our knowledge and project experience in the treatment of juices and purees starts at Extraction and extends to Primary Processing as well as secondary applications such as Pasteurising, Sterilising, Evaporation and Spray drying. We custom design plant to user requirements, and our association with HG Molenaar with their processing and packaging know-how enables us to seamlessly integrate the best of both and offer a turnkey solution from a single supplier.

We operate throughout South and Southern Africa, supplying clients with custom made solutions for their businesses. We understand the need for applying appropriate technology; whether it be easy-to-use manual equipment, or sophisticated systems with state-of-the-art automation. Our experience includes beverage packing equipment and systems for complete blending, carbonation and filling lines, in a variety of containers for products such as water, sauces, juice, dairy, beverage, and brewing.
